Welcome to Rocket Science Creative Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website rocketsciencecreativestudio.com and any of our services, communications, and content.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Website

You may use our Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

2. Services

We offer a range of creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

Branding and Visual Identity
UI/UX Design and Prototyping
Web Design and Development
eCommerce and CMS Solutions
Digital Strategy and SEO
Print, Packaging, and Production Services

Engagements for services are governed by separate project agreements or proposals (“Service Agreements”) outlining scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. In the event of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails over these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site — including text, graphics, branding, layouts, code, and media — are the property of Rocket Science or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or deliverables without written consent.

For client projects:

We retain the right to showcase completed works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in a Service Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary content, feedback, and approvals;
Review and respond to requests within agreed-upon timelines;
Honor payment terms as stated in project agreements;
Secure rights to all third-party assets (e.g., logos, fonts, content) provided for use.

5. Revisions & Cancellations

We include a limited number of revisions per project phase, as defined in our proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In such cases, completed work up to that point will be billed, and Rocket Science retains ownership of unpaid deliverables.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Google Analytics). We are not liable for issues arising from third-party software, changes, or platform limitations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or completeness. While we strive to ensure high-quality services, we do not warrant specific outcomes or business results from design or marketing strategies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rocket Science Creative Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for those services.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York (or the applicable jurisdiction depending on where your HQ is), without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
